RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
All exchanges and returns must be pre-approved and received within fourteen (14) business days of authorization of the exchange or return. A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Returned products must be received before a product credit is issued. Processing returns may take up to 7 days after return is received, so please be patient. Credit will not be issued if return arrives more than (14) business days after product is delivered to customer. Items must be in original condition, which means unworn, undamaged and unwashed with original tags & packaging. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned products unless shipping costs are waived due to error on our end. We know you want you shit asap, so we try our hardest to get your packages out super fast. For US orders, please allow 3-5 business days. All orders outside of the US may take 5-10 business days.
